I am writing to Access2000 using the ODBC drive and VFP7. The data gets written correctly, but somehow it always gets written as the maximum field length for the Access Table. In other words, if Name is the Access Field name and it has a max width of 50 and I attempt to write 'TOM' into name the lenght of 'TOM' in the name field is always 50 rather than 3. Is there any way around this? Thanks.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
