Thank you for your response. The fields in the table are OK e.g. when I tab into the field in the table, the date fields are displayed as 06/27/02 or 06/27/2002.

What I am describing is the way it is currnelty being displayed on the report. When I tried it on a different machine that had the Regional settings set to American Date format, then the dates in the report are displayed correctly.
