>I created an Excel spreadsheet and saved some macros. Later, I deleted all the macros - but still, every time I open the spreadsheet, I get the macro/virus warning. How do I tell Excel that the spreadsheet no longer has any macros?

You can open up the Visual Baasic editor and right click on Module1 (or whatever modules there are) and remove them. Save the spreadsheet and tada, warnings are gone.
