Hi John,

I'm not familiar with Quickbooks, but perhaps they store that info somewhere in one of its own files. You may want to drop them an e-mail.

Have you tried right-clicking on your Taskbar and choosing the Cascade Windows (or Tile Vert/Horz) to see if they resize to normal dimensions?

You may also want to try creating another user (or use your admin account) and log into Windows and open Quickbooks to see if it will default back to the proper sizing. Then, log back in as your usual user account.

Hi Brian,

Interestingly, the two applications that are mainly affected so far are Intuit products (QuickBooks Pro and the QuickBooks Timer). The timer I use for my personal timekeeping while I work, and it's very frustrating because the time editing window shrunk to the point where I cannot read what I am writing in the description of services field!
