You must write a loop that processes each record three times.

However, you should be aware that situations where three different fields have the same type of information should normally be avoided, precisely because processing it is more complicated.

The data should (normally) go to a separate table, with one record for each piece of data.

If you tell me what kind of data you store, I might give you more specific advice.
