This HAS to be simple.  But the complexity is such that I've clue!  Hopefully you will be able to solve this...

I've a 5.0a VFP application running at a client.  I have pictures (ico files) on my buttons, whether it's a button on a toolbar or a form.  When I first installed the program, the pictures showed up.  Since then, I've made some program updates and even decided to EXclude the forms, prg's (not main) and the reports to speed up future updates (having only to transmit the updated files).

The program is working fine, but NONE of the picture icons show up (toolbar OR form).  Any suggestions?  I even tried copying the individual icon files (.ico) to the program's directory, and once even to the exact same named directory as where the icons are located on my local machine.  Neither worked.  I then tried copying the VCX and VCT files for the toolbar classes, but that didn't work.

The icons still show up fine on my local machine, running from an installed version of the program -- same as my client.  I even tried producing a SETUP disk set, transmitted to client, and ran another install (over the current) and this didn't work either.

Any assistance / miracles is greatly appreciated!
