Have you tested your tooltip control with page and pageframe tooltips?
One on these produces error because there is not height or width property in one of those controls.

Also, if your control is used in spinner, it hides spinner
control arrows sometimes, so it is difficult to change the
spinner with a mouse when fancy tooltip is active. Fox original
tooltips control does not have those restrictions.
Haven't tried your new version.
