Well, not everyone is complaining. :) Some of the "useless posts" are of greater value than some realize! Within my life time I have not found a "perfect system". Not everyone can walk on water but there are those who tell us they can but cannot tell us how.

It would provide a way to view the most common problems with the appropriate resolution regardless of when it was originally posted. That may save on some of the repetitive postings. Would that be a thumbs up on a post? I'm still not clear as to 'who' gives the thumbs up or down--the UT audience in general or a 'select' group?
