As each developer adds new files to the project they are only doing it to their local project (pjx/pjt) although the source file is added to VSS proper. Hi David,

I'm referring to conflicts between the local PJM file and the SourceSafe version. When there are conflicts, the developer is presented with a merge form to address each conflict. Unfortunately, the time is usually not taken to perform this process properly, which causes problems with the project. We would like to eliminate the merge issue by disabling multiple checkouts, but we are having problems getting it to the work.
