When you say "no result", do you mean that nothing prints?

>I tried that. Forgot to tell you guys. I got nothing if I removed the line WhilePrintingRecords from the formula. For a test I put a fieldname from the table at the end of this non-working formula. The fieldname did not have anything to do with this formula, but I did see the value from that field appear on the report where this formula is placed in the detail line. So I know the formula is showing me a result on the report detail line. But when I use an If statement, no result. I also checked for suppression and found none. All other fields in the detail lines appear. I do have both DetailA and DetailB lines, but I don't think that would cause this problem. I have to leave to take my wife to the eye doctor so I probably won't be back to check my UT replies until tomorrow.
