Hi Mike,

I agree. Max has lost more than one sale for ProMatrix with his attitude. In one case, a rocket scientist (literally <s>) asked if VPM could do something. Max told him to buy the product and find out for himself. It's inexcusable.

That said, the product is very productive, especially when used with other tools I wrote one of those tools. Anyway, I don't judge the product by either Max or Joe's attitudes toward user groups, which I don't share. A product should stand on its own, and for me, VPM does that.
