Well I agree with you, too young too.
On the other hand only if your client has the money to open 20 stores, have the money to pay
a full systems department or have a contract with IBM, SAP Oracle or other company (this has happened to me).
If the customer has the money to open 20 stores, insn't hard to see that, and yo can make a contract than benefits you and your customer.
The best you can do is to have contracts and "Polizas de servicio", that helps a lot to have money.
