Thanks Michael and Randy for your suggestions. We tried the CLI switch that Randy suggested and that didn't work for us - obviously it does on some Citrix setups. We then tried running from add/remove as Michael suggested and that fixed it!

Thank you both for your suggestions, I had no idea how to solve this problem.
