The weird thing is that ALL the pictures on my buttons (form or toolbar class) WERE working fine on both my local machine AND my client's PC. The only thing I did was go back and EXclude the forms, reports, and the prg's (but not the MAIN.PRG which is set to main). I did this because I didn't know to do it upon the initial installation. I now know it makes for much faster updates! But the pictures are all gone at the client's pc.

Mark, I'm surprised your program runs at all if you've excluded the forms. Forms, programs, classes should ALL be in the final EXE. Data (DBC and tables) and reports should NOT be included, although you'll get arguments about the reports.

I'm not sure why you think anything would be faster with the Forms and PRGs excluded.....
