I was just down your way a few days ago and hope to get down again sometime soon. I love the San Diego/Oceanside area! It was a bit different in 1965 which was my first trip to San Diego - hiway 101 was one lane each direction to Los Angeles and there was no I-5! Wall to wall orange trees on both sides of the road and now it is wall to wall houses! :)
