That sounds like a very difficult problem. Sorry, I don't have an answer.
However, if it is imperative to fix the corruption in the existing table to save the existing data, then I would contact Abri Technologies. They exist in West Virginia, USA. Sorry, I don't have their phone number. But they have a web site. You'll be able to find it. They produce a 3'rd party program called 'Recover'. I use Recover in my system. That program might be able to fix this problem. Also, the Abri people will work as consultants and they may be able to save this data if that is the imperative.
