You're right that RG-11 is 75 ohm coaxial cable. However 10-base-T computer networks use 50 ohm RG-58 or similar cables.

BTW, RG : (Radio Frequency Government) symbol designating coaxial cables, following MIL-C-17 American standard http://www.axon-cable.com/glossary/index.asp#R.
