I can recall seeing some advertised in FoxPro Advisor in the past which included sourcecode (I don't have my back-copies here so I can't check). If my memory is still working I think there were some downloadable demos as well.

There is (was) Pegasus Opera in the UK which is a mainstrain commercial application which has quite a small market share (around $9 million turnover). However, the source code isn't available and I can't be 100% sure it is still written in VFP (it was within the last two years). I believe the Opera product originated from Europe so there is a possibility it would work in the US.
