There's an option called Update Project List or something like that on
the VFP SourceSafe menu and you need to use it in order to update any
additions or deletions from the project. I also missed that one, because
it sure seems like this should happen automatically. Note, that this
option checks out the project (.PJM) file and VFP is not smart enough
to check it back in when you're done.
