Title:
User name in Window 2000 and NT
I found recently, when we typed SET in Command prompt in Window 2000, we got a list of environment variables.
Two of those variables are USERDOMAIN and USERNAME.
I want to use GETENV() to get Domain Name and user name, because I am using Foxpro DOS 25b and don't have Foxtools.
Is this a good way to do this?
I also want to know where USERDOMAIN and USERNAME come from.
Thanks
Jim
