VB6

I'm fairly new to VB. I have a couple of projects of which I need to begin their help files. I'm aware of all the VB commands to programmatically call a Winhelp file, but there appears to be nothing in the VB package to help write the Winhelp file itself. In browsing through the MSDN Visual Studio Library there seems to be only 2 resources for writing the help file: C++ & VFP. Is this true or am I missing something?
