Bar#'s are not numbers at all but are the names for the internal FoxPro menus bars. These names are documented in the books. If you create a new menu and then choose Quick Menu form the Menu menu in the system menu (whew that's even hard to type :-) ) you will get a clone of the foxpro system menu. You can then navigate the menu builder and see the Bar#'s and Pad names for the FoxPro internal menu items.
