Having used VFP for a long time my firm is switching over all of our enterprise level coding to .Net. What we have found so far is that choice of using VB or C# depends on what we are doing. We like VB for UI coding and C# for ASP.Net...seems that C# gives some additional functionality in ASP.Net over VB. However, a far as the learning curve...YAG is right...VB.Net is easier for VFP programmers to work with. But I believe that both C# and VB skill will be needed to handle .Net effectively.
