We are accepting single registration. At the end, if room is still applicable, we will add one of more teams based on single registrations. So, they will be able to form a team. Not all people may have contact to form a team presently so we will help them.

In the same way, we could also do the same by trying to regroup together people from the same area.

We have that requirement in the tournament to have people from the same country. Many have requested such a cool competition before so we would like to try to focus on it. But, for some exceptions, such as you stated, we will help you to have a team which will regroup 4 developers from the same region.

Then, at the very end, if we still have some room, we will accept a team where the boundaries may be larger. We received that request today by email.

But, the prime goal is to have regional teams. We believe we should be able to obtain close to 10 registrations within that criteria.
