Hi All,

I'm having a tough time getting the Microsoft XML Parser to work with an RDF (XML) formatted document. I'm trying to parse the Open Directory Project dataset (http://www.dmoz.org/rdf.html) using the MSXML v4.0 parser.

I am getting fatal errors due to bad character in the stream. These charsacters may be tabs, CR, LF, CRLF or some other characters that are causing the errors.

Question: I there a way to tell the parser to completely ignore the encoding scheme?

Any other ideas?
