Yes, we work with AccountView here, and we develop additional modules for the system. They have integrated a System Development Kit which is pure VFP. You can develop your own visual classes based on the meta-data you have entered into the application.

For not-so-hardcore FoxPro development in addition to a great accounting program, it's excellent.
