Hmmm. I need to do two things - change the day, and get back to the top. If you put the day combo at the bottom and when it refreshes it puts me back at the top that would be fine. Otherwise, a link to the top where I can change the day and start over at the top is better. Finally, whatever you can do will be an improvement, so if one way is much easier than the other, then do that.
