Can you tell us some descriptions of the problems?

What RAM is on each machine?

Are TEMP, SORTWK, etc. set to go to local on each workstation?

Are they running a .EXE?

The problem is the following: The software crashes, or act differently depending on which user logs in. I tought it was a right or permission problem so I made two users (Active Directory) IDENTICAL (same groups, rights, etc...). They even have the same password but different login name (obviously). Beleive it or not but one of them works well and the other crashes, or act "funny".
