Ebert has given it 1.5 stars out of 4, I usually trust his opinion. On the good side though, IMDB users have rated MBII http://us.imdb.com/Title?0120912 as 6.2 out of 10, they rated MBI http://us.imdb.com/Title?0119654 as 6.8. So it would appear if you liked the first one, you might like the 2nd. I'll go see it for sure.
