Because MDAC is backward compatible and .NET support is additional it should not break it. However I have not used WebConnect (we have our own implementation of VFP ISAPI extensions) so I am not sure whether or not WebConnect will be affected.
If possible (if you have enough disk space) why not try to create a multiboot system (to have two instances of Win2k)
