Tim,

The reason you are getting the "opposite mode" is that {CTRL+F10} is a toggle .. not an absolute setting. The first time a report is opened, {CTRL+F10} will toggle to the maximized version. However, if you have a resource file set ON at the time, the resource file will "remember" this new Maximized setting. So the next time the report is run .. and the resource file is ON .. the {CTRL+F10} toggles to the non-maximized mode.

To solve your problem, simply make sure there is no resource file ON at the time you issue the {CTRL+F10} .. or make the resource file read-only. Either of these will solve the problem and still allow you to use the {CTRL+F10} method the users prefer.
