Sorry, Doug, but YHVH-Shalom wouldn't translate as "God our peace," but as "God _of_ peace." For there to be any sense of "our," you'd need to see a "nu" ending. For example, many Hebrew prayers include the word "Eloheinu," usually translated as "our God."

I'd also argue that the other items you list shouldn't be hyphenated. They're the writer described God, but the Hebrew has no sense of equivalence between the name and the trait.
