You're right, the field keeps its structure but my problem is that if I create a view or store the sql statement. Next time I open it, it appears with one single cero on the integer side. Then truncating the integer part next time it is executed.

>It's not truncated. That's the way numberic fileds are displayed in VFP. Run LIST STRUCTURE to see that field created has format N(12,8).
