We have one SQL server 6.5 run on the Window NT 4.0 server. It has some problems. Every 4-7 days we need to reboot that server, because users can not make connection to it. Enterprise Manager can not make connection with it either. After reboot, every thing is OK.

In the Nt Event Viewer. I found 2 events relative to it. Following are event detail of those.

1.Source: Perflib Event: 2002
The open procedure for service "MSSQLServer" in DLL "SQLCTR60.DLL" has taken longer than the established wait time to complete. The wait time in milliseconds is shown in the data.

2.Source: SQLCTR60 Event: 8
DB-LIBRARY error - SQL Server connection timed out.

Please help.
