There was a set of questions, that were for FP 2.x, that Wil hentzen and a group of people came up with, called the dreaded 17 questions.. They do weed out the people who do NOT have a great deal of knowledge with FP 2.x, but still there are more questions that could be asked..
When I started interviewing for a new job, you would be amazed how many companies were using some of those questions...
I had heard Wil was working on a version for VFP, but I don't know what the status is on that..
