In troubleshooting an XP install of an app, i find that the install folder is flagged readonly. I have user change this so its not. But after doing so, they recheck and the folder is once again readonly.

User tells me they are the Administrator for this PC. And there are just two "users" on this PC (when viewed thru Control Panel | Users). Ive seen this once on a ghosted drive where permissions were not first cleared before the next PC was setup.

Any ideas why still readonly?
