Hi John,

As far as I know (and don't take this as gospel, I could be wrong), but I don't think you can have a WebService without the compiled .DLL. They probably were talking about the ASMX, but what good would that be without the .DLL? Hopefully someone a bit more knowledgeable about this will either confirm what I've said, or help you out better.
