2. In Grids we have to use '&' character in header text, in VFP 7 it changes to '_' underscore like hotkey although no behaviour as hotkey. For e.g. 'C&C' changes to 'CC' where second C has underscore display like hotkey.

You need 2 amperstands here. Change 'C&C' to 'C&&C' and you will see 'C&C' in the grid header.
