http://www.dngsolutions.net/ is an ISP that will host VFP web apps. But, it shouldn't be too hard to convince your ISP that there is probably less security risk from the VFP runtimes than from the VB, .NET, or C++ runtimes on their machine. BTW, for a VFP .dll, you'll only need the vfp6t.dll (or vfp7t.dll) for the web app.
Alternatives to this approach include getting a dedicated PC at the ISP (more expensive but isolates potential problems) and hosting it on your own PC connected to the Internet through DSL, Cable, or T1.
