I now see what you are trying to do but I am fairly sure that you are not going to do this using standard Codemine tools. These entries are based on, let me get this right, "Character External Binary Key Types". They need an external editor to access/edit them and that is auto-loaded by the app registry manager object.

However, if you open the appreg02 table and take a look at the message category entries, you will see that they have a "type" value of 8 (binary). They are pretty bog-standard appreg02 entries but the only real issue I can see is understanding the format of the information stored by the editor in the "value" memo field. You could manually create a couple of entries and see how the editor saves the value data. When you have sussed its format (as the standard ones in there have multi-language entries that make it more difficult to understand), you could theoretically just write the message data straight to appreg02.
