Well there is. Look at the dataenvironment, cursor , relation & even the session classes.

ie. loDE = CREATEOBJECT("DataEnvironment")
loDE.ADDOBJECT("cOrder","Cursor")
loDE.cOrder.CursorSource = "Orders"
loDE.OpenTables()

etc. etc.
