For this particular Credit Type the info is stored in the Memo field. There is a special form's method, which builds this memo string based on values in textboxes.

My problem now is to reset these textboxes to the default values. Do you know the most efficient code for this? I'm planning to iterate through page controls and set values to ''.

>You mean you never actually bind them?, if not, how does the data go into the table?, are you sure it's even getting there?. If there is nothing binding the textbox to a field then there's no reason for them to go blank when you insert a new record.
