Hello.
I have a grid that contains last names, and the focus is on the Last name that was entered from a textbox on a previous page.

So when the grid opens, it is highlighted with the closest match. I have used a mouse pointer (custom 99) and the windows hand as the mouse icon.
The hand appears when the mouse is moved over the HIGHLIGHTED record, but if I put the mouse over a non highlighted item, the hand does not appear.

How can I code the mouse over event to show the hand over each last name, regardless of whether or not is is highlighted? I want the user to see where their pointer is at at all times...it's just showing a cursor, the kind that is shown in Word when it is expecting you to type.
