Could any body help me on this problem.

I have a WorkSheet that contains the following information.

   ID Number  Name        Course & Year
   00-00001   James Haye  Accountancy 1
   02-00002   Henry Geer  Liberal Arts 2
   .
   .
   .   

Column A for ID Number, B for Name and Column C for Course & Year respectively.

The worksheet contains 1800 records.
What I wanted to do is to transfer these records into a Table in FVP.
And I have the ff. fields in the Table

   IDNum     C 
   Name      C 
   CourseYr  C 

How do i transfer now these data? Thanks in advance.
