Armin, I've been playing with this and I can only say I hope you have better luck than I. I have no idea what I did last time (maybe it was back as far as version 5), but I can't get it to work now. I can get the menu's mpr file generated into the same directory as the mnx file, but whenever I do, the build refuses to continue to create/re-create the exe after the menu file is generated. There is no error generated, and no message is displayed; it just stops building after generating the menu file. It seems like the rest of the build requires that the mpr be in the project's home directory.

If you get it done, please let me know.

Alan

>>Once upon a time I dug into genmenu and changed it, but since changing computers a couple of times and reinstalling since then, I'm back to square one like you, and I don't have the energy at the moment to get back in there. If I recall correctly, it was really just one or two lines that had to be fixed. Right now, as I remember it, genmenu looks to fullpath of the project file to create the menu output file.
