I hate to say this, but it sounds like your management has already decided the future of Fox in your company. The way I see it, you have two choices, the first choice is you can either set back and relax and prepared to be re-trained or find a new job. Life is too short to put up with frustration caused by other peoples unknown factors. Kevin just leave gracefully and on good terms.
