How do I activate the pop up which should appear when I type LOCAL loSomething AS...?

I have defined an Intellisense entry for a Web Service and I expected a VFP popup to provide me a selection of registered entries in the Intellisense manager so I can choose it. But, when I type LOCAL loSomething AS, nothing appears.
