Or was that only the VB .NET example? I would think part of the condition would be that the code be made available to the UT members afterwards. It would be a GREAT learning tool. I don't have any idea what the .Net video announcement is.
As for what could be provided public, this is not our role. Each team retains ownership of what they build and they are the ones to be contacted later if someone wishes to have access to what they build. We only provide the tournament management. The data remains within each team's property.
