What version of Windows is on PC? What version of Crystal Reports?

If Windows 2000 or above you need to download from CrystalDecisions.com website two files. p2sodbc8.zip and scr8_webregfix.exe. They fix permissions and registry on the PC. Exact location is http://support.crystaldecisions.com/downloads
for both files.

I tried this on a Windows NT workstation running Windows 2000 and it fixed all of my weirdness before with DSNs, ODBC, etc. But I read it is for SCR Verion 8.

Or check Crystal website knowledgebase for Articles c2007612, c2007089, c2000285, c2001600, c2002614, c2005960, c2000195, c2008324, c2001289, c2005338, c2000510, c2001889, c2000282

Some of these articles are for Access and VB, but most apply to all languages including VFP when it comes to ODBC issues.

I don't recall ever getting the errors you are reporting, but one of these articles should give you a clue or two. Good luck with it. I know the feeling!
