I've not worked much with >NT3.51. The it's been almost 3 years since I messed with this stuff in FPW2.6 and I don't have the source handy. However, as I recall, we only needed to use three API calls which were something like RASDIAL, RASSTATUS and RASHANGUP. I do remember that the code operated the same under WIN95, WFWG and NT3.51 so if you get one to work, the rest will follow suit.
